Polícia Judiciária School Museum
It is located at the Polícia Judiciária School, in Quinta do Bom Sucesso in Loures, that organizes and administers the museum, assuring the gathering, conservation, study and divulgation of the objects that may have criminal, historical, documental or museum interest existent in the PJ, and the apprehended that may eventually be lost in favour of the State.

Sacavém’s Ceramic Museum
It is located in a building built from scratch on the old grounds of the Sacavém’s Chinaware Factory. Founded in 1856, by Manuel Joaquim Afonso, industrial glassmaker from Marinha Grande. It was by the hands of successive British proprietors that the Factory became known on the national and international ceramic panorama in the 20th century. After a decay process, the Factory went bankrupt in 1994.
The museum was inaugurated on July 7 2000 and is now a space for the valorisation, protection and promotion of the manufacturing unit connected to the process of industrialization of the district of Loures.
A space for the affirmation of the discourse of the Industrial Patrimony and of the Primacy of the Human Being, where the material and immaterial merge in a local history framework.
The museum offers two exhibition rooms; the Oven 18, magnificent sample of the oven architecture; an auditorium with capacity for 80 people; the Manuel Joaquim Afonso Documentation Centre, that contains the Archives of the Loures’ Factories that are unique documentation from the industrial patrimony of the district; shop and access for people with reduced mobility.
